Nativ - The College Leadership Program in Israel

Nativ is a challenging academic year program dedicated to creating and inspiring the Conservative Jewish leaders of tomorrow. Nativ, which means “path” in Hebrew, provides a unique opportunity to explore new directions on the journey to becoming a Jewish adult. From September to May

Nativ participants are immersed in the rich and diverse society of Israel, exploring the land and enjoying a fulfilling Conservative Jewish lifestyle.


The Nativ Program


The Nativ year offers its participants two distinct components: studying in Jerusalem and volunteering in other areas of Israel. Nativers have the option during the fall semester in Jerusalem to study in one of three different settings
Hebrew University
Conservative Yeshiva
Ulpan and Community Service

yozma-nativ-logoYozma is an initative of Nativ dedicated to providing a safe, caring and total inclusion experience for Jewish young adults, ages 18-21, with mild cognitive and social challenges who are college bound. The program will commence Fall 2015. Participants will spend a year living, learning and volunteering in Israel. Yozma participants will also work with specially trained staff members on developing strong life, academic, and leadership skills. Read more
